Why it matters

Writing every check and maintaining industry terminology takes time. Industry Advantage is the proposed subscription for teams that want a maintained starting point for their QA.

One $100 monthly subscription covers the operation. The models run locally, and you can adapt the rubric packs to your own policies. You do not need the subscription to evaluate calls.

How it works

  1. 01

    Industry models

Use models tuned for your sector on hardware you control. Updates would be evaluated before release.

  2. 02

    Maintained rubric packs

Start with industry checks, then adapt them to your policies and review process.

  3. 03

    Industry vocabulary

Add sector terminology alongside your own product names and customer-service language.

What’s included

Proposed paid content

Industry models, rubric packs and vocabulary form the $100/month subscription. This is content for the platform, not a per-seat QA software plan.

Free customer customization

Writing rubrics, adding your own terms and tuning supported local models from reviewer corrections remain free-platform capabilities.

Local tuning and rollback

Customer tuning trains on local corrections and evaluates a candidate before promotion. Your team can inspect results and roll back an update.

Your data

Using Industry Advantage would not require sending your recordings or transcripts to Call1. Customer tuning data and local adapters stay on your hardware by default.

A future shared network would require separate opt-in. Planned peer comparisons use aggregate results, with no recordings, transcripts or individual agent records. Groups need at least five organizations using matching rubric and model versions.

Contributing an adapter is a separate choice. Model weights can carry traces of training data, so contributions would need consent, licensing review, leakage checks and evaluation.

Before you roll out

Check fit before subscribing

Compare the industry content with your own rubric on representative calls. Look at meaningful errors and the time spent maintaining checks.

Evaluate local updates

Test candidate models on calls kept separate from training. More corrections do not automatically produce a better model.
