Bring your recordings
Import your authorized customer-service recordings, such as order, return, refund or delivery calls. Your policies become the scorecard; your team defines what a good interaction looks like.
AI call review on your own hardware. Transcription, evidence-backed scoring, and caller insights, built in.
Your policies, made reviewable
Call1 checks recorded conversations against your rubric and brings uncertain findings into a human review queue. The transcript, scorecard and quoted evidence give your supervisor a place to verify what happened.
Was the refund timeline explained before the call ended?
How the local workflow works
Import your authorized customer-service recordings, such as order, return, refund or delivery calls. Your policies become the scorecard; your team defines what a good interaction looks like.
Call1 runs on suitable existing hardware. It transcribes calls, identifies speakers, masks personal information and runs rubric checks and Contact Signals.
Your reviewer checks the quoted moments, corrects findings and decides what action to take. Measure usable coverage and review time before expanding the workload.
Contact Signals / included in the free platform
Contact Signals groups caller needs into categories you define, extracts relevant fields and connects findings to transcript evidence. Reviewers can confirm, dismiss or correct them, turning recurring calls into questions your team can investigate.
“My order still hasn’t arrived. Can I get a refund?”
Category delivery
Delivery → delayed order
Field requested next step
Review the supporting words, check the classification and decide whether the process needs attention.
Customer control
Local processing, inspectable findings and human judgment.
The local workflow processes recordings on hardware you control. It does not need to send your calls to Call1. You manage installation, access, retention and recovery.
Rubric findings and Contact Signals link to transcript evidence. Redaction limits exposure before analysis, but it can miss sensitive information and needs validation on your recordings.
Reviewers verify, correct and challenge findings before acting. Caller sentiment can add context; affect never contributes to an agent’s QA score. Local model updates must pass evaluation before promotion.
