Why it matters
A small human sample leaves most conversations unexamined. At the calculator’s 2% starting sample, 98 out of every 100 calls sit outside routine QA. An automated pass gives your team a wider view of what customers experienced.
For a 100-agent contact center, that means looking across the workload for missed policy steps and recurring problems. People still check the findings and decide what needs attention.
How it works
- 01
Bring your recordings
Import the calls you are authorized to analyze. Start with a representative mix of your customer-service conversations.
- 02
Evaluate locally
Call1 transcribes the audio, separates speakers, masks personal information in text and runs your rubric and Contact Signals.
- 03
Check coverage and findings
See which calls finished processing and which need attention. Review the evidence behind the results.
What’s included
Searchable transcripts
Find calls by meaning and jump to the relevant transcript turn, rather than searching only for exact words.
Call summaries
Use a summary to get oriented, then open the supporting conversation when you need the detail.
Completion status
Pending, partial and failed processing stays visible so an unfinished call is not counted as a complete evaluation.
Your data
Recordings and results stay on hardware you control in the local workflow. Your team manages who can access them and how long to retain them.
Before you roll out
Size by audio hours
A 100-agent center can produce more audio than one machine can process overnight. Test representative calls with your chosen models and rubric before sizing the deployment.
What we have measured
One warm run processed 54.5 minutes across six retail calls at 221 audio minutes per hour on an M3 Pro with 18 GB memory, using rules-based Contact Signals. This measures processing throughput; it does not establish capacity for a 100-agent center or reviewer time saved.
Availability
- Recorded-call analysis is part of the working free local platform. Live agent assistance is outside this workflow.
- 100% coverage is the deployment target. Full-pipeline processing across multiple machines is still planned.
Questions for your team
- 01
How much recorded audio arrives each day, and when must it be ready?
- 02
Can your available hardware finish that workload within the processing window?
- 03
Which incomplete calls need follow-up, and who owns that follow-up?
